I cannot get into my store to sell my items. I have previously sold items before.

I have previously had a store and sold items before when there were merchant boxes. When the change happened it seemed my store closed down and my items disappeared. I followed instructions and even deleted my magic box, however it still will not let me add my items back or create a new store.

 

Please help?

At this point almost all merchants have moved from Magic Boxes to Direct Delivery, so some of the tools that were available last winter are no longer accessible.  You should probably submit a support case under the category Marketplace Issues to get help.

Remember that you must BUY at least one direct delivery item to be able to SELL them.  Find a freebie and buy it.
