Buying Lindens with off the shelf Visa/Mastercard gc's

Accept my apologies if this question has been asked before.

I am planning to go to Target or Walgreens to get a $25 or $50 Visa or Mastercard gift card, for the purpose of getting Lindens at VirWox or another third party exchange. I've had luck with prize GC's won at instant winner contests online.

Can anyone suggest a third party exchange they've had success with under the same circumstances after purchasing an off the shelf Visa or Mastercard?

If I have to do Greendot, so be it.
