How do I agree?

When I try to do anything, such as buy Linden dollars, I get a message: that I haven't agreed to the Terms of Service yet. "You cannot execute Linden transactions until you've done so. Please log in to the Second Life Viewer."  When I click on the highlighted part of that message, nothing happens.  I know that the site is slow, but I should get a response in less than 20 minutes; I allowed at least that long, twice.

You have to at least look like you're trying to read the TOS.  Scroll down for a bit and then try clicking on the button.  If that doesn't work, download and install a different viewer.  Firestorm is my personal favorite anyway, so that's the one I'd recommend, but any of them will do.  You ought to be able to log on with that viewer and then decide whether to stick with it or go back to the viewer you started with.
