Since getting on Second Life, I can't seem to do much of anything except wander around. For instance, I chose a home, but when I clicked on the button that says teleport home, nothing happens. In any case, I need the chat help from Linden I was promised when I paid for my membership. How do I get it?

When I try to do anything, such as buy Linden dollars, I get a message: that I haven't agreed to the Terms of Service yet. "You cannot execute Linden transactions until you've done so. Please log in to the Second Life Viewer." When I click on the highlighted part of that message, nothing happens. I know that the site is slow, but I should get a response in less than 20 minutes; I allowed at least that long, twice.
