Sim is acting crazy

I live on a sim called Traunstein and the last couple of days there is a problem them me and a few other on the sim had notice. Went we come online out list is clear; cant see who is online or offline. Cant send IM to people and when we do SL say that person is offline when that person is really online. LL can you fix this problem please.

Send in a support ticker for an offline region and explain the problem

Offline region support tickets are handle in ~20 minutes or so no matter what your subscription type is and things like this can be sent in for any region

To contact Support, click on the "Help" tab at the top of this screen, option for "submit ticket" is then on right hand side of next screen.
