How to send a support ticker

I live on a sim called Traunstein and the last couple of days there is a problem them me and a few other on the sim had notice. Went we come online out list is clear; cant see who is online or offline. Cant send IM to people and when we do SL say that person is offline when that person is really online. LL can you fix this problem please.

once again SL keep logging me out saying it cant find my internet connection. i reboot my router and modem and eveything and i tried both wi-fi and the cable 

all day long SL been logging me out saying it cant find my internet connection. my internet connection is just find, i try using both firestorm and phoenix and i still get logged out. how to fix this problem
