ERROR after win 8 with no end lol

Hallo Support, have downgrade win 8 to win 7 ultimate, and back to win 8 , but  the enterprise and all are the 64 bit,

have buy a new PC with this win 8 installed, IE flash not works, and ultimate was not good to.

have now this error 400, have read over the error , but what i have read not helps , don´t understand why the not give a DVD

from the system by the new PC .

What are you trying to access?  If you are getting a 400 error, it's obviously not for this URL.  You have connected to here fine.  And if you can connect to these forums, you ought to be able to connect to your dashboard at secondlife.com and to Marketplace and all the other SL web sites.  So what's left?  And what do you want a DVD for?
