    Hallo Support, have downgrade win 8 to win 7 ultimate, and back to win 8 , but the enterprise and all are the 64 bit, have buy a new PC with this win 8 installed, IE flash not works, and ultimate was not good to. have now this error 400, have read over the error , but what i have read not helps , don´t understand why the not give a DVD from the system by the new PC . thank you for reading :)) HUGGIES Nuschka
