A7,

That message usually indicates that you have been barred from accessing SL from your PC's IP Address. There is a link regarding this.

http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Login-failure/ta-p/700109

 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Generally if this is not simply a glitch, then this is a ban of the IP address that is assigned to your Internet Service. If you get your IP address dynamically, then it is possible that you have been assigned an IP address that was associated with some griefing attack by another customer of your ISP.
If you believe you have an dynamic IP address class of service try shutting down the ISPs equipment for a few minutes, then turn it back on. This usually gets a new IP address assigned to your service.
Otherwise,
You will have to submit an appeal in writing - The procedure is noted below.
Submitting an appeal
Linden Lab takes violations of the Second Life Terms of Service and Community Standards very seriously. The decision to apply a suspension or permanent closure for your Second Life account(s) is reached after investigation of your use of the Second Life software and service. Residents are not allowed to participate in the Second Life virtual world if their accounts have been suspended or disabled for violations of our Terms of Service.
However, if you can maintain in good faith that the violations were not due to your actions or negligence, or the actions or negligence of others working for you, you may appeal the suspension or closure of your account(s) in writing to the address below. Please provide any relevant information that you believe would explain the violations we detected. Linden Lab reserves sole discretion in considering whether to take any action on a written appeal. If you would like to appeal your warning or suspension, you may contact Second Life Support, in writing, at the address below:
Attn: Account Reviews: Appeals
Linden Lab
945 Battery Street
San Francisco, CA 94111
Or by fax: 415-651-9221
We also accept appeals filed electronically using the ticket submission process described above.
If it says exactly 'you can not access from this computer':
this could mean that this certain computer has been part of violating the terms of service, and thus its IP has been banned from secondlife. But in rare cases it could also be a mistakingly set flag.
Why this has happened, is nothing we can figure out here for you.
( some possible reaons - see here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Why_is_my_account_on_hold%3F)
If it keeps doing it, best is to contact the support from your new account: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
And ask for help.
Ummmmm.. That particular message usually means that you or someone else using that computer has done something very bad. so Linden Lab has put a permanent block on that computer.  If you are using wifi on a public hub, it's possible that someone else who is sharing the IP address is the culprit.  If you have not received an e-mail from Linden Lab to explain the ban, you will have to file a support ticket.
There is a very slight possibility that this is a DSN problem.  If so, you can try adding the Google DNS servers to whatever your ISP provided: Google Public DNS .  Should using Google as a DNS not work for you then see here for alternate servers, or grab DNS Bench to help you locate one.
