I bought "donnie avatar" from Tellag. I can't open it. Can't find Tellag

I bought "Donnie Avatart" for 1800 Lindens. I haven't been able to open it. It attaches to me when I choose wear but I only have the choice of detach which sends it back to inventory. I've tried going to different places. I've tried to find this store again. no luck. What can I do?

You need to rez the box that your purchase came in and then open it allowing the contents to be unpacked.

Only then do you have a folder with your avatar in it that you can then wear.

In the last instance should nothing help and there seems to be a problem with the item itself: the best is to contact the creator. (who that is you can find out by rightclicking the object in your inventory and look at its properties).

Just to add this: you can't find "Tellag" because the correct name is "Tellaq". :smileywink:
