Lindens never come to this resident-to-resident Answer service. If you need to check the status of your account and can't just look at your dashboard at secondlife.com for some reason, then give the billing office a call. 0 Ariel Vuissent Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 First, look on the main page, "Account," "Account Summary." Right at the top it'll tell you if your account is Basic or Premium. Second, claim your Linden home. It's not enough to just be Premium; lots of Premium account holders choose not to have Linden homes, so rather than automatically assigning a home to every Premium member - which would exhaust the number of Linden homes fairly quickly - LL waits for you to claim one. You get to choose from a (limited) number of styles, even. I believe you can find that under "Account," "Premium Membership." Third, please remember that we're all residents here, just like you. We can't check the status of your account, or tell you anything about it. If you still can't redeem your Linden home, you can try Live Chat, or call billing.
