How to flatten a region

Is there a way to flatten my region in one move?  It's subdivided into parcels right now as well, not sure if that has something to do with it when selecting all.

So long as you have terraforming perms, yes.  Start in the middle of the sim by setting a small area to the height you want the whole thing to be in the end.  Then set your Terraform tool to Flatten, raise the size to the maximum, and increase the strength as far as you dare.  Click on your starting spot and hold while everything comes to that elevation.  You'll probably have to move the tool around a bit to clean up.

This will not work if you are on a Mainland sim, because you are restricted from changing the land surface by more than 4m, but it works great on a private sim.  We did it a couple of weeks ago.  The place looks like a billiard table now.

When I wanted to flatten my sim, I would do the following (private sim of course)

1. Select the entire sim.

2. Use the LOWER Tool and push the land down until it is pretty much all under water (this will make it all the same height)

3. Use the RAISE Tool with a varying amounts of Strength to raise it all back up to the height you want the land.

4. Switch to the FLATTEN tool and press it a couple times just to make sure all the land is dead flat.

This takes about 20 seconds and presto magic you have an entire sim nice and flat.

Thanks Rolig, Tour tip made flattening my sim easy. I'm playing billiards on it now as well!
