Spam emitter on a deleted hacker profile

Question

In Wollah on the mainland, we have a series of spam emitter boxes on a now deleted SamualDrakey profile. We cannot file additional abuse reports, since reports must include the abuser's avatar name.

None of us can get into Wollah.

The remaining boxes lay to the land east of us, where the landowner hasn't been online in months, perhaps years. He had permitted the public to build on his property.

The problem of "Goon Squad" box emitting can be safely viewed at: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Cairnlow/205/234/105 in an adjoining sim.

The problem of intrusive uncapped IMs also emanating from these problematic "Goon Squad" boxes can be replicated on my property, well out of view of the actual "Goon Squad" boxes here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Wollah/67/71/70

(CAUTION: You don't want to go there unless you have to observe the problem first hand for some reason.)

What can we do? This has persisted despite submission of abuse reports by multiple landowners during the first week of the griefer attack.

We are entering 2.5 weeks now, with no assistance from Linden Labs.

I have renters who cannot use their rooms, Hobbit houses, treehouses and townhomes. This is costing me real money now.

Correct. LIVE CHAT only deals with inexperienced members who have access issues. There should be SOME resolution for larger tier-paying land owners. I am about ready to throw in the towel on my $125US monthly, as is my neighbor to the south who also owns a 1/4 sim.

But the Griefer is getting what he wants by causing such disruption.

I am a bit worried about submitting Governor Linden as the abuser, even though in effect he is. I don't want to jeopardize my own account by making this accusation.

We have the same going on in Maquapit.  Neighbor and I were able to remove about half, the others are in gov linden abandoned land and neighbors who no longer log in.  And beyond that, all over the sim.   Filed reports til we are blue in the face... and have written to everyone who owns the lands in question hoping for help.  Meanwhile block object by name has helped.  But won't help anyone entering the sim unawares.

Anyone ever come up with a better way to get Linden help?
