Hard to say without knowing what your computer is all about. When you say you can't open the SL viewer, does a message come up on your screen to give you a clue?

Edit by clicking on "options" in your post. Add more info please, system specs would be good.

As the others stated a bit more info would be helpful, but here some general things why it possibly could not work:

- Make sure to set your firewall rules and antivirus rules to the newly downloaded viewer .exe (new versions or updates appear often to be blocked again)
