If you are an Adult, yes.

You may have to adjust your preferences, in order to be able to view Adult rated items.

The only things a basic, or free, account cannot do are purchase mainland and have access to live support. You can buy anything you want, as long as it's not mainland. You do, however, have to be an adult, over the age of 18, to buy and use genitalia. If you can't see genitalia on the marketplace, adjust your search settings. If you can't go to places selling genitalia inworld, adjust your inworld search parameters through the preferences menu.
