If it's a technical problem, however, you won't find a category on the support ticket page that works for you unless you are a Premium member.  Basic members cannot submit support tickets for technical issues.  That's why we are here.  Volunteers here share a fairly long experience as SL residents, so we can often find answers to your questions about how SL works (or doesn't). 

If you are a Premium member, don't forget that you also have access to Live Chat.  The link to their services is on the same web page where you submit a support ticket.

If you become naked when you change viewers, and if you are having inventory problems, that strongly suggests either of two things (maybe both): (1) you did not create a separate cache location for each of your viewers or (2) you did not do a clean installation of at least one of the viewers.
