0 Trinity Yazimoto
what is the viewer you are using ? Normally all viewers able to see meshes doesnt require any setting to show meshes. you can still improve the way of seing meshes, but you should already be able to see them
0 Ansariel Hiller
In case you are using Phoenix viewer: You need to enable hardware skinning to be able to see mesh. In that case you should also considering upgrading to a different viewer as Phoenix will be broken in a few weeks when server-side baking will be rolled out.
0 RomeoMontegue
If you would like to see mesh, id recomend you to use Firestorm and you should be able to see it with setting nothing at all.
0 Chic Aeon
If your computer isn't robust enough to run Firestorm (yeah Firestorm) you might want to try Singularity AND check some of the third party viewers to find out if any are going to beable to run in SL after the server side baking. Some folks are going to be left out or see a lot of odd looking avatars
