I have windows 8  and cannot access my account due to graphic card what do I do?

I have a Windows 8 laptop, and have encountered no problems with accessing Second Life.  However, it really does depend on what type of graphics card you have inside your laptop/computer.

What make/model is yours?

Have you checked if it meets the minimum requirements?
