Windows 8 and i am not able to see TV with my NHC Smart Tv inworld. How can i fix it

Did you also install the general Flash plugin? Open http://get.adobe.com/de/flashplayer/otherversions/ , select Windows 7/Vista/XP/2008/2003 in step 1 and Flash Player 11 for other browsers in step 2.

Besides having QuickTime and Flash installed on your computer, check to see if "autoplay media" is enabled in your Preferences.  If not, either enable it, or click the media Play icon in the upper right of your screen to see the video.
