+ missing in profile for adding Picks or photos. How do I regain it?

I am trying to add further Photos and Pics  to my Profile. I don't recieve comman pop ups to do so and there is no evidence of a + sign. How do i ago about regaiining the ability to add these elements to my Portfolio.?

 Thank you I have watched all the videos and read all the info I can find. i really need detailed instruction" try reading this" isn't working., Trust me what a I lack i can not use.

I really will appreciate all help

Please in the future, add a status update to your original post as follows: 
Select the Options drop-down menu to the right of your question and select Edit Question.

Ok to make sure - you have tried to add picks by selecting:

Me / Picks  / pressing the + sign at the bottom of the popup window?

Remember, in the SL Viewer the Picks Update feature is NOT in the Profile Display popup! I know.... DUMB!

You do know that you have to be in world, right?  After all, there's no point in trying to create a pick unless you can actually go to the spot.  Then just open your profile, tab to Picks, and click the "+" in the lower left corner.

Firestorm still supports the + sign in the Picks / Profile display window

LL moved theirs to

Oh, yeah. DUMB indeed. One of many strange decisions from LL. Frankly, though, I haven't paid attention to picks in such a long time that I had to go in world to double check where it was in my own viewer.
