I built an item and suddenly it changed to no mod- no cop- no tran-- how can i undo that?

I know you said that all the stuff you used was full perm, but something isn't.  Check everything that is in the contents of every prim in the object.  There's probably a script, a texture, a sound file, an animation, or something else in one of them that has less than full pems.  Also, remember that permission changes you make on an object in inventory do not become effective until the object is rezzed in world.  It's always best to set perms on rezzed objects and to use debug permissions so that you see the slam bit as well as the normal permission settings.

Oh thanks!! yep I did find it---it was one of my own texutres that i had forgotten to allow copy/mod/tran- ---- thank you for the tips!-- especially the "debug permissions" info!
