Probably not.  It's a very lightweight, low-budget notebook, not designed for the sort of demands that SL places on a system.  You might be able to get one of the text-only third party viewers to work.

At the moment there is no web based SL client, not even a text only client. All you will be able to do is visit my.secondlife.com and message your friends from there.

EDIT: OP would need something that is web based, so looking at the TPV directory there is nothing that will work for him.
