I can't download sl on my iPad

I have joined sl on a premier membership but can't download sl onto my iPad.    Can anybody help

second life isn't designed to be used on a tablet you need a computer or laptop to run second life as it's a very graphically demanding and a tablet just doesn't have the same computing power if you check http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory there are some viewers for the ipad but they are text based

I'm not surprised. As has been said, SL is too graphically demanding for a tablet. You need a computer. There is one viewer I've heard of that will allow you to view and interact with the world a bit on a tablet - it should be in the third party directory. I don't know how well it works, as I've never used it. Most mobile viewers are text based because of the graphics issue.
