Miguelito Shilova
I am building a boat that has the driver position at the stern; the position of which makes it difficult to see directly in front of the bow. I was curious if there is a way to create a second camera position, and display the view from that camera on the surface of a simple prim that serves as a video monitor. The driver's camera position (view) would remain separate and set by the boat script. Can this be accomplished with scripting? If so, can anyone provide an example? As always, the help is most appreciated.Mig
Qie Niangao
No, sorry, you can't show an in-world cam view on a prim. You can, however, have as many preset scripted cam positions as you want and choose among them however you want. If you have control keys to spare, you might use those, or a touch to a HUD, or a gesture bound to a function key, etc., to quickly select which view you want.
