It sort of depends on what key words you use to describe your land, and what search terms a searcher enters...

That is the million dollar question every land owner wants an answer for.  However, there is no way to set up your land to guarantee this.  LL has a formula that they use to determine the order of the results and it depends on a lot of factors. One major factor is the search words the person searching uses.  The formula is not public to prevent people from gaming the search system.  LL also monitors search and frequently adjusts the formula.  So even if you managed to get your listing at the top today, it may be many pages back tomorrow.
