how to set up a lemur rental box

I would like to rent out a single home but I bought this lemur rental box and founding it very difficult to use. I don't knw how  to change the name on the box because right now it says store space for rent....I'm thinking that I could change it and say house for rent, and I would like to know how to change the Price range on it....Is there a way that i could even change the amount of prims to use?

Please read the Instructions NC that came with the box. Usually it is either

1) in the folder that was created when the box arrived in your inventory

~ or ~

2) is in the rental box itself as an "instructions" or "Read Me" NC

You'll have to ask the scripter/merchant who sold it to you.  There should be a notecard of instructions that came with the rental system.  If you can't find it or have questions that it doesn't answer, the creator is the only person who is sure to be able to help.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried simply changing the name of the box manually?  If it's not no-mod, you should be able to to that.
