1. Find another club to work at.

2. Tell your friends.

3. Remove the club owner's name from your question here before the moderators nail you for making a personal attack in this public forum.  Community Guidelines prohibit "Interpersonal Disputes or Personal Negative Commentary: If you have a personal disagreement, do not post about it on the Second Life community pages. Residents who have personal differences have other channels of communication available to them — private messaging in the forums, IM within Second Life, or chatting within Second Life."  [EDIT: Thank you.]

The easiest and, probably, most effective way to deal with this is to just quit.  Talk to your fellow employees and suggest they do the same.  Afterall, it's not like you cannot continue your SL life without a "job" for a short time while you find another one.  When the owner suddenly finds him/herself with no employees to help the customers or entertain the customers and those customers start complaining or stop coming..........he/she has much more to lose that you do (your "pay" of some measly $L20 to $L50 per hour......less than a quarter......is peanuts compared to his/her need to make tier or rent that is probably in the nieghborhood of 20 to 100 real USD).  The owner will get the message real quickly.
