My wife and I are unable to teleport to our skybox rental

You are quite right.  The sim appears to be on line, according to the world map and my own testing with a LSL script, but it is impossible to TP, walk, or fly into it.  I have filed a support ticket on your behalf, so you should expect the matter to be repaired soon.  In the future, you can make a report like this yourself.  You don't have to be a sim owner -- anyone can report a sim off line.  When you file the support ticket, use the category Land & Region  >>> Report a Region Off Line .  Explain in as much detail as you can, and then click Submit.

EDIT:  I have just reeived a response to my support ticket.  Your sim is now on line.  I have gone there myself to check, and have even successfully teleported to your skybox.  Please notice the time that I am editing this note ---- 10 minutes after I filed the report.   In my experience, this is a normal response time.  :smileywink:

Make sure the land's setting is set to direct teleport (teleport routing)  = Anywhere and not Landing point. 

Having land's teleport routing set to Landing Piont sometimes can cause issues iwth teleporting up. since the land wants you to land at a landing point isntead of letting you TP anywhere.
