Hey alls, me got a nice 1536 sqm parcel on Jeogeot, bordering a Linden Route. Now trying to get rid of it ... and rather quickly. Already lowered the price to 0.4 L/m², still no landbot took the bait.

What do you think would be the best price for a quick sale?

I think you're just going to have to keep reducing it by .1 per sqm. I've seen land selling for as cheap as .3 per sqm, and would guess .2 or under will bring a landbot coming.

I'm seeing a lot of abandoned land that is roadside, not sure you'll get a landbot to bite even at 0.1 per sq.m.  What I've done with some success is put in the land name and description "Will abandon mm/dd/yyyy", there may be potential buyers waiting to see how low you are willing to go and this tells them that if they wait too long they'll have to pay Gov. Linden 1.0 per sq.m

And being that you've already reduced the price to L$614, less then three RL USD, I think it'd be more worth for time just to abandon it if it doesn't sell.

Make the bastards pay for it I say. You hadda pay for it,  make them pay for it. Gov. Linden won't accept the .1 deal. Maybe you won't get your money back, but at least they didn't get it for free.
