does anyone have the Phoenix Viewer 3 download location?

I have Googled and Binged for a viewer that works on windows 8 but none work.

The Phoenix viewer does not work reliably with Win 8 and is not likely to be able to in the future, since the developers are no longer planning major upgrades to that viewer.    Try Firestorm instead, and then be sure to update your graphics drivers.

idk if they will see this but i tried firestorm and it is glitchy

They who? There is no Phoenix V3. Phoenix support was discontinued, so there will never be a V3. There was never even a V2. Firestorm, on the other hand, has the best performance record -- the lowest crash rate -- of any of the viewers, including Linden Lab's own V3. And it works well with Win 8. You just have to be sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date.
