why can't I access linden dollars bought on the website inside the viewer? also...

Hello,

I created a premium account and bought linden dollars on the website. Logged into second life viewer and my avatar has $0 balance. Rechecked that the payment went through, affirmative.

Logged out, rebooted, logged back in. My avatar still showing $0 balance.

 

-ALSO-

Selected the home given to premium members. Logged in with avatar, and cannot use the control panel as "only home owners are authorized..." um, hello? That'd be me.

Went into settings, made sure cookies are enabled.

Lost and confused here. Help...

One small suggestion first .....  It's often smarter to buy L$ on your dashboard at secondlife.com instead of buying them through your viewer.  Both methods work, but the viewer's balance doesn't necessarily update in real time, so it can be out of sync with your real balance.  The real balance is always shown on your dashboard, under Account.

Now, you may actually have a glitch in your account, so the best way to deal with that is to talk with a real person in the Billing Office. If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers:
