While pregnancy and birth are very sophisticated these days (only learned this when someone wanted to make a movie with birthing as part of the storyline) , I doubt seriously that there are any FREE huds etc out there. Also we are not allowed to give specific recommendations here. I suggest checking out the birthing centers. A search IN search will get you started.

They are NOT free however. If you simply want to LOOK pregnant, you can do that fairly easily by changing your shape using  the appearance sliders.

All you ever wanted to know about pregnancy and having a baby in SL is in this free guide:

https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Having-a-Baby-in-Second-Life-Guidebook/1550151

as for looking for pregnant bellies, huds and babies, as Chic pointed out, you will have to cash out a certain quantity of Lindens as none of them are free (they can even be pretty expensive actually). We are not allowed to name brands or creators in this Q&A section, so you have to do a search by your self on the marketplace using the appropriate keywords.

Welcome to Second Life Answers, elsyahh

Pregnancy in Second Life is not like pregnancy in real life, so none of us can predict when your baby will come. If you just got a message on your screen saying you might be pregnant, nothing will happen unless you have consciously chosen to wear a pregnancy HUD (available from Second life Marketplace). Otherwise, it is all just roleplay.

You can modify your own avatar's shape to make it look more and more pregnant, if your avatar is wearing a modifiable shape, or you can buy pregnancy shapes again from the Second Life Marketplace.
