I get signed in but then i get sent to a page that says i have not been signed in

I get signed in but then i get sent to a page that says i have not been signed in due to incorrect info, name/pass ??? This happens on my Marketplace This is always happening, am i the only one this is happenoin g to? please check in to this TY

Marketplace uses the same userid and password that you used to log in here, and they obviously work.  Try using a different browser if you are having trouble with Marketplace, and see if that helps.  Chrome and Firefox usually behave much better with SL than IE does.  If you are still having trouble, submit a support ticket in the category Account Issues >> Account Access Issue.

BTW, this is nothing that we can "look into."  We are all SL residents like you at this Resident-to-Resident Answer site.  No Lindens ever come here.

It's not just you.  I have to sign in multiple times, depending on which part of the web site I go to.  A separate sign in is required to access these forums, the marketplace, Lindex transactions, and probably others.

It's just how the web site is designed.  Stupid, huh?
