SL is not allowing me to teleport back to my home location.

What message do you get on your screen when trying to teleport back to your home location?

When you ask a technical question you need to give lots of detail. Typically when a TP fails you get a message saying why. What message are you seeing?

It is also possible that your home region is down. Tuesday and Wednesday regions are restarting to allow software upgrades. You should always look at Second Life Grid Status Reports to see if a grid wide problem has come up. It can take a couple of hours for a problem to appear there. So, keep checking while you try to resolve the problem. They preannounce roll outs.

This week we will have a roll to the release candidate channels on Thursday morning.

Your region may be off line.  Teleport to a nearby region and then fly over to the border and look across it.  Is your region there?  Or just empty ocean?

If it's the latter, file a support ticket with LL to bring the region back on line.

There have been a LOT of regions dropping off line, ever since LL introduced the pathfinding server code.
