Hello, I have a account named CheyenneWolf Bearsfoot, I tried to reset her password.

I recieved no e-mail for the link to change.

I clicked on the e-mail not actived and nothing happened.

I need to log her in for my business very important please asisst me in this matter

We are all SL residentys like you.  There are no Lindens here and Lindens never visit.  Even if they did, they would not honor a request to change a password that was posted in a public forum.

Because your note is a little ambiguous and I cannot tell why you changed your password, let me remind you of the obvious ..... Linden Lab will never send you an e-mail that asks you to reset your password.  If you have received a message like that, it is probably a phishing scam.  Do Not Respond to it.

If you continue to have password problems, your best course of action is to file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
