Beliandro missing?

I've been trying to get "home" in Beliandro since 6AM this morning (now 1:13PM) - what is up?  The whole sim seems to be missing.  I've seen it go through a restart but why would it be this long?  I have meeroos to check on (they run away if not fed) so I need to get in ASAP.  Anybody else having this problem?

You should file a support ticket if this is a mainland sim to notify LL that the sim is down.  Anyone can do that.  If its a private region the estate owner or an estate agent will need to do it.

A region restart generally doesn't take longer then 20 minutes.

At least that is when I contact Support.

If you're premium you could ask chat support about it, maybe it is a restart that got stuck.

Otherwise all you can do is contact the owner.

It is a mainland sim - and still isn't up (2:25PM).  Guess I'll have to contact support.  Thanks!

FYI

You don't have to be the region or estate owner to report a private region down.  I have done it several times myself.
