Avart wrist got inflated like a ballon

Hello, 

I need help with my avatar apperance what happen was my avatar forearm and wirst got big i dont know how to lower than down they look like inflate more on the wrist 

please help

Welcome to Second Life Answers.

It sounds like the system thinks you are still wearing a layer of something.  Go into your inventory and see what you are wearing.  If nothing is obvious, then remove everything.  Slide a whole new outfit onto yourself.
