cant edit objects i own any where i dont have rezz rights

i am a tester  for a vechile   co  in sl   and i have  noticed  that i dont  get the edit  tab to lights  unless  i have rezz rights to that land group  which  mean i can edit  out  of a sim  i didnt mean to enter or got stuck on or in  unlees i be long to there group  which  has  never been case be fore  is this a bug

Sorry.  I understand maybe 10% of your question.  Could you try restating it again, perhaps with punctuation this time?  Click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Please do NOT start a new thread.

As far as I always knew you did need to belong to a group AND wear the tags before rezzing on a parcel you did not own.  .  Many parcels on SL are set to not have 'others' outside the group rez objects.  

Join the group and wear your tag, it is that easy.
