Trouble buying Linden Dollars on alt accounts

I have a premium account and three alts on basic free accounts.  All accounts are active and all are attached to the same real name and same credit card.   My premium account and the newest of the alts have no problem purchasing Linden dollars, but the other two alts cannot purchase Lindens.  I have to purchase Lindens with my main account and transfer them to the alts.  This has only recently started happening.  All alts could purchase Lindens with no trouble before.  Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

not sure if it will help, but have you checked the payment info you have on file for your alts who are having problems purchasing lindens? when I had the same problem, my payment info in my account had mysteriously reverted to an old, defunct card that no was no longer valid.

Double check the payment info on the alts with problems. LL re-worked the payment info page a few months ago for US residents, and I had to re-enter my info for most of my accounts. Worked fine once I did that.

- delete the credit card info (for the alt's it doesn't work for)
- maybe relog - I don't know
- setup credit card info and payment methods

I had to resort to Paypal with my alts. My main has no problems with my CC.

Something I did notice though was that you have to set the payment method you want to use for buying Ls via website and seperately for inworld.

Thanks everyone.  I ended up deleting the credit card information and re-entering it for those two alts and they're fine now.
