We can't help without more information, really -- as it is, it's like asking "why won't my car start?".

Are you able to give some technical details, like your Operating System, CPU and available RAM and your Graphics Card and internet connection?   It could be lots of things, and that information might help narrow it down.

At a minimum, visit the website of the manufacturer of your Graphics Card and check that the drivers are up-to-date.

Try updating your graphics card drivers.

Mac drivers are included with OS upgrades. However, to determine what card you have, select “About this Mac” from the Apple menu, then click “More Info”. Under Hardware select Graphics/Displays
If you are not sure what type of video card you have, use GPU-Z found (win only) here. For linux, in a console use: lspci | grep VGA
