How do I make the TV work on a Linden home?

It should work the same as in any other place.  Your TV comes with an instruction notecard, you should read that.

Note that the TV will play, but you won't see it, if you have not enabled streaming media in your viewer.  Click the little Play icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
