How do you make your items not appear in a box?

Bought some things recently in market place, and they do not appear to be items you can wear even though it says they're wearable. They appear like a box or a screen shot of what the item looks like. How do I fix it so I can wear it?

 Edit: Will not let me drag it to the ground. Some appear in a box or something and there's no option to open the box. o-O

Take them out of the box they were delivered in ;-0

• Drag the box from your inventory to the ground or 'wear' it (yes it looks silly, we all do it, but it let's you SEE it and that's what's important)
• Right-click the box and select 'open'
• Click the 'copy to inventory' button
• You will now have the real things, unpacked, in a folder in your inventory
• The name of the box everything came in is the name of the new folder in your inventory
• Right-click and 'delete' or 'detach' the box to get rid of it when you've finished
