im haveing problems wive login

hello ive been haveing bad look wive my login can any one help all it says           login failed despite our best efforts something unexpected has gone wrong   please check  status.secondlife.grid.net to see if there is a known problem wive the service  if you continue to experience problems please check your network and firewall set up ?  im confused

Did you already try to login into a different region? (Enable display of start location at login screen from preferences -> general and then type the name of a different region in the selection box on the login screen, for instance "Aqua")

In addition to Ansariel's good advice, you might also try rebooting your router.  Just unplug it from the power for a few minutes.

As the message says, the problem is almost certainly in your own computer or its network connection. Your ISP may be having temporary problems, or you may be on a flaky wireless connection (please don't). If you have tried rebooting your router, as I suggested, you might do the same for your modem and your entire computer. Sometimes just removing everything from the power for a bit while you go for a cup of tea helps.
