My Mesh upload status is still red after I've finished the IP tutorial.

From a quick search, last time a thraed like this was posted, someone fixed each person's Mesh upload status as they posted, so I'm posting one here in lack of other ideas.

 

The page still says "You must first complete the IP Tutorial before you can upload mesh objects.", yet I scored 10/10 on the test and it says "Congratulations! You are now registered to upload mesh!". Can someone please activate my Mesh upload status? Thanks in advance!

It´s all just Residents as you.

Search forum for solutions or the obvious "file a ticket" is your friend.

Charlar Linden manually enabled it for each person that posted.

What viewer are you using? Some viewers have trouble uploading.

They dont have to manually enable. they only did that when there was a bug

Also if you are trying to upload on the beta grid. you have to take the test again on the beta website

Also make sure you have restarted your viewer if you havent since the test

No, on the actual SL site:

 

 

I did the Tutorial for the Beta grid earlier in the day and it worked instantly, the one for the main grid (the picture) isn't working at all.

Well if you have taken the test on BOTH sites and using the correct viewer. Then you should file a support ticket for sure. They won't be watching the forums much, if any at all

I already put in a support ticket but it's been a while. Kinda annoying.

Yea, I hear ya. Support tickets can take a long time. And also the fact they wont be open untill 8 AM PST . Meanwhile I would try anything like clearning cache or logging in with Linden Labs viewer if not using it already.

I didn't see anything about it on your profile, but I believe you also have to have payment info registered to be able to upload mesh.

Is Charlar Linden still with the Lab?

Nope. Charlar is gone from Second Life.
