Explore the dark corners of Toxian City in Second Life, where dystopia meets supernatural wonder. Every street tells a story, and every shadow hides a secret.
Learn more from the co-owner of Toxian City, Mazikeen Aurelia.
“Established in 2007, Toxian City is a dark urban role-play destination set in a semi-futuristic dystopian city where vampires and werewolves, angels and demons, but also felines, cybernetics, and humans co-exist. Some call it a sanctuary for supernatural beings.
Evil creatures, determined to take over the city, roam the streets from time to time. Citizens can also visit the dungeon to fight rewarding monsters and train their fighting skills.
Toxian City is also the home of the grandfather of all combat systems in SL: DCS (est. 2007). We are currently also experimenting with the options for quest storylines for citizens to complete and interact with.
Even though the region is built for role-playing purposes, a social aspect is definitely also an important purpose. This current region was built for the community and as the place we all always called home.
Even after 17 years for Dimentox and almost 16 years for myself, Second Life is still a super fun place. It has been a creative outlet for us but also a place where we can hang out with friends from all over the world and a place where we can meet new people.
Big thanks for making Toxian City such a long-lasting success has to go to:
- Shepherd, the owner of 'Wishing Well Fountains’ store. He helped us a lot by providing awesome Animesh characters we use as NPCs.
- Another person we would like to mention and thank here is Duckie Dickens.
- And lastly, we want to do a special shout-out to our current Lead GM Trixxy Galaxy, for her many years of help, love, and support to us and Toxia and to our current GMs Karanna Lisa, Darion Hyun, and Oak Quinn for their hard work and devotion.
Of course also a big thank you to all our previous staff members and all of our citizens and members for believing in us and Toxian City.”
Teleport over now to this sanctuary of stories, battles, and community.
