I seem to not be able to get an update if there is one.

I bring up the menu on the lolas, there is no button for update

I have done /99 menu and /99menu nothing happens

There is no help from group.... there is no group chat nor notices. to ask

The customer service is non existant.  

 

can any one help? or know where there is actual help or customer service

that is telling you that the item you have now is named "Lolas :::Tango ::: Wet Look Intensity 3 Updated" - it is not an update notification.

There should be an updater in your folder of Lolas. You have to rez the updater, and rez the Lolas on the ground next to them, and click the updater. If there's an update that is how you'll get it. If for some reason you don't have the updater, contact the creator. Mine wasn't in the box when I first bought them, contacted the creator and she sent me a new one the same day

As "Alt" noted above - that line of chat tells us you have the update.

Note how the word: "updated".

Grammar: not just for 1940s Germans.

The tangos product has also been somewhat made obsolete by fitted mesh, and that merchant now sells a new product under the name 'delicq' (or something close to that), which is normal to busty sized and a bit different in shape.

(and I know my grammar is not perfect...)
