How to set offline status for customer service?

I have some important devices that detect online status for customers but from time to time i'm not available even though im logged in. is there a way to hide my status from these devices without logging out. I tried setting unavailable, away, and only friends can see when im online. is there a way to trick the devices?

Sure.  Log in as an alt.  That's what I do when I have work to do and don't want to be interrupted.  Otherwise, no, there's no way to hide from llRequestAgentData(id,DATA_ONLINE).

Or you could just have two signs that you change as needed, like Lucy.
