We are not sure, if he abandons his Linden house, and buy 512 sqm land in same billing-month, will he be charged for 1024 sqm then? sven Homewood Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 You can have either of both. Linden Home OR Mainland of the same size. So you need to abandon the Linden Home first. The landtier will be calculated for the peak you have to a certain time, even if you have it only one second So if you abandon the land, your level will be not MORE than the 512:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Likewise, if you get down to 0 meters of land holdings (including group donations) you can instantly claim another Linden Home. Moving back and forth is easy. Muletta Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 Great Reed - I think I get it now: He can switch as he likes, as often he likes, between 517 sqm land OR a Linden house, without having to pay fee to LL. He just have to abandon the place he has now, before switching into the new place...thank you I will of course let Francisc2014 make his own conclusions, when reading this thread - but you have all made me able to support him now.
