Buying lindens with the US$ balance on your account?

Does anyone know what might be wrong? I've been trying to buy lindens with the existing US$ balance on my account.. for some reason it never goes through, it always sends me an email saying the purchase has failed.. but nothing about why it failed.

* Can not find a solution in knowledge base.

top of this page click on the tab knowledge base.

once it open, type into the search box  buying linden and from the drop down menu pick

buying and selling linden $

best to read up there as things have change and the new viewer updates appear to be changing things faster then lindens can keep up.

its where we get our answers
