Lethal Rage

Does anyone know what might be wrong? I've been trying to buy lindens with the existing US$ balance on my account.. for some reason it never goes through, it always sends me an email saying the purchase has failed.. but nothing about why it failed. * Can not find a solution in knowledge base.
